Join us to grow your career while working in a dynamic and supportive environment Job Details We are seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee billing and collections functions while supporting key financial operations across the Firm. Reporting directly to the CFO/Controller, you will manage a team of Billing Clerks, an e-Billing Coordinator, an Accounts Receivable Clerk, and a Collections Analyst. Your responsibilities include: Billing & Collections: Lead monthly client invoicing, manage complex billing scenarios, oversee e-billing processes, monitor accounts receivable, and mentor billing staff. Accounting & Financial Reporting: Manage month-end close, reconcile general ledger accounts, prepare financial statements, support budgeting and forecasting, and assist with audits and partnership tax returns. Collaboration & Leadership: Provide support across departments, guide your team, and serve as a trusted resource for attorneys and professional staff.
