VP of Clinical Operations Opportunity Description Our client is a well-established multi-site provider of Home Health & Hospice services. They have a current opening for a VP of Clinical Operations located near the Greater Boston, MA. This person will oversee all home health and hospice clinical operations. A bachelors prepared Registered Nurse with a master's degree of some kind is required. Hospice leadership experience is a must. Home Health is a plus. Relocation candidates are welcome to apply VP of Clinical Operations Job Requirements Medicare Hospice leadership experience. Expert knowledge of Hospice rules and regulations. Registered Nurse required. Masters Degree required. VP of Clinical Operations Job Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of hospice and home health operations including budgets. Oversight of directly reporting management team. Ensure compliance with state and federal requirements and high standard of care. Monitor metrics and KPIs to identify areas of improvement. Help develop relationships to grow census. The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role.
