We are expanding into new markets across the country while continuing to operate as a close-knit, communication-driven team. As we grow, we’re looking for a highly motivated Superintendent who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. What You’ll Do Oversee all onsite construction activities and subcontractor coordination Maintain schedule, quality, and safety standards Communicate daily with project managers and office leadership Complete daily reports, oversee inspections, and drive projects to successful completion Represent Signal Hill Builders with professionalism and accountability in the field What We’re Looking For A self-starter who enjoys independence in the field but also values strong support from the office Experience in commercial construction—retail, restaurant, or medical preferred Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to travel for out-of-state projects when needed Someone who enjoys being part of a growing company where your work truly matters What We Offer We take care of our team—both in the field and at home.
