Director, Commercial Insights & Analytics Join to apply for the Director, Commercial Insights & Analytics role at Bicara Therapeutics Base pay range $220,000.00/yr - $260,000.00/yr Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition at Bicara Therapeutics Position Overview Bicara Therapeutics is seeking a Director, Commercial Insights & Analytics to lead the development and execution of an integrated insights strategy that supports the commercialization of our lead oncology asset, Ficerafusp alfa. This individual will be responsible for forecasting, market research, competitive intelligence, and analytics to guide strategic decisions across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong quantitative skills with strategic business acumen and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for crossfunctional and executive stakeholders. This role is based in our Boston office and follows a hybrid schedule, with three inoffice days each week. Key Responsibilities Integrated Insights Leadership: Own and execute a holistic insights and analytics strategy aligned with key business objectives across clinical, commercial, and corporate functions. Market Research: Oversee qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to understand customer needs, market dynamics, and the evolving competitive landscape. Digital Analytics & Omnichannel Measurement: Design and implement frameworks to track performance of digital and omnichannel campaigns (e.g., unbranded websites, paid media, peertopeer platforms). Define KPIs and lead analytics to measure reach, engagement, and impact. CrossFunctional Collaboration: Act as a strategic thought partner to Commercial, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Market Access, and Corporate Strategy teams to embed insights into strategic decisionmaking. Executive Communication: Deliver clear, concise, and compelling data narratives to leadership and boardlevel stakeholders, highlighting actionable implications and key assumptions. Vendor & Capability Management: Oversee external vendors and continuously evaluate tools, methodologies, and platforms to ensure bestinclass analytics infrastructure. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Life Sciences, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred 10+ years of experience in commercial analytics, forecasting, or insights within the biopharma industry; oncology experience strongly preferred Demonstrated experience integrating quantitative analytics (e.g., modeling, segmentation) with qualitative insights (e.g., market research, message testing) Experience supporting digital and omnichannel initiatives, including campaign measurement, engagement analytics, and digital KPI frameworks Proficiency with relevant data sources (e.g., claims, EMR, specialty pharmacy, digital/web analytics) and tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Adobe Analytics) Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complexity and influence strategic direction Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fastpaced, crossfunctional environment with evolving priorities Company Overview Bicara Therapeutics is a clinicalstage biopharmaceutical company committed to bringing transformative bifunctional therapies to patients with solid tumors.
