Job Description We are seeking a visionary and innovative Product Design Director to join our team. In this leadership role, you will drive the product design strategy and oversee a talented team of designers to create exceptional user experiences for our cuttingedge products. Lead and mentor a team of product designers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Develop and implement product design strategies aligned with business goals and user needs. Oversee the entire design process from concept to launch, ensuring highquality deliverables. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing. Conduct user research and analyze market trends to inform design decisions. Present design concepts and strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders. Establish and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices. Drive continuous improvement in design processes and methodologies. Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies in product design. The average base salary pay range for this position is $150,000 to $170,000. You may work remotely as long as you are located within the lower 48 states of the US.
