The Opportunity As Vice President, CoInvestment Advisory, you will lead a dedicated team providing financial advisory services to limited and general partners seeking to deploy capital into infrastructure, debt, and other privatemarket assets. Your role will involve sourcing, developing, and managing relationships with partners across Canada, the United States, and globally, driving growth into new geographies, verticals, and service offerings. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and manage relationships with limited and general partners active in infrastructure and other coinvestments. Originate and pitch coinvestment advisory opportunities to limited partners, general partners, and family offices. Present coinvestment opportunities to client investment committees. Set the strategic direction and implement the strategic plan for the coinvestment business unit. Direct due diligence effortsincluding commercial, legal, tax, and financial aspectsof the team. Liaise with the broader team for crossgroup opportunities. Your Skills and Experience Minimum six years of relevant experience in infrastructure, private equity, or private debt investing. Proven ability to develop and build strong client relationships. Strong communication and presentation skills, able to concisely convey complex concepts. Demonstrated leadership experience through past professional roles. Existing client relationships and network with limited partners, general partners, and family offices is an asset. Teamorientated and collaborative work style.
