"Analyze and document business requirements related to card payments digital wallets ACH and realtime transactions Strong technofunctional experience of Java Collaborate with business stakeholders to define user journeys process flows and functional specifications Ensure alignment with regulatory standards such as PCIDSS PSD2 and ISO 20022 Experience of creating Interface mapping documentsInterface specifications Translate functional requirements into technical designs and integration specs Work closely with architects and developers to support solution implementation Support testing defect triage and production readiness activities Provide handson support for platforms such as OneInc Kairiba or similar Understand data flows reconciliation logic and fraud detection mechanisms Support enhancements upgrades and vendor integrations Act as a liaison between business technology and thirdparty vendors Facilitate workshops demos and feedback sessions with internal teams Provide regular updates to leadership on progress risks and dependencies 8 years of experience in system analysis or business analysis with at least 3 years in payments or financial services Strong understanding of card networks payment gateways and transaction lifecycle Experience working in AgileScrum environments Excellent documentation communication and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with insurance operations and customer payment workflows is a plus"
