Customer Centric: Headquartered in Austin, TX, AI Clearing is growing rapidly and already partnering with major EPCs, developers, and infrastructure leaders across the U.As we expand, we are looking for a driven, resilient, and mission-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us define the future of AI in construction.
You'll help bring real-time, automated field intelligence to some of the world's most critical infrastructure projects.
AI, drones, computer vision, autonomous verification — this is the frontier of construction intelligence.
Identify and qualify the right construction and infrastructure accounts using ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, events, and your own initiative. Prioritize accounts where AI can meaningfully eliminate risk and deliver real-time verification.
Introduce prospects to the mission — how automated AI verification transforms progress tracking, quality control, risk mitigation, and decision-making.
Generate high-quality meetings and opportunities
Uncover pain points, map buying committees, and build strong, well-qualified pipelines that accelerate adoption of AI Clearing's platform.
Use CRM and sales tools daily with clean, detailed, reliable data — reflecting our core value of accuracy and integrity.
Partner with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, personalize outreach, share field intelligence, and amplify customer-centric storytelling.
Attend site visits, demos, and industry events to build credibility, deepen relationships, and showcase how agentic AI is redefining construction.
8–12 qualified meetings per week for Account Executives
~ A healthy pipeline of net-new accounts (GCs, EPCs, developers, infrastructure owners)
~ Clean, precise CRM hygiene that reflects our value of integrity
~ Increasing fluency in AI, automation, construction workflows, and drone operations
~ Recognition as a top BDR based on performance, attitude, and alignment to our mission and values

2+ years of BDR/SDR/inside-sales experience (SaaS or construction tech preferred), OR interest in transitioning from construction into tech sales.
~ Background in Solar, Civil, or Oil & Gas world is an advantage
~ Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and digital.
~ Understanding of construction, surveying, or drone operations is a plus.
~ A resilient, curious, high-ownership mindset — unafraid to pick up the phone and put in the reps.
