Location: Boston, MA (Remote must be happy to travel up to 30%)
Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Base + Commission
We are a fastgrowing recruitment solutions provider specializing in RPO and talent acquisition transformation. As we expand across North America, were looking for a dynamic Business Development Director to own and grow key markets starting with key target cities and surrounding regions.
This is a new business hunter role focused on selling RPO, projectbased hiring, and customized talent solutions to HR and Talent Acquisition leaders. Youll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with the support of delivery, marketing, and solution design teams.
Sell endtoend RPO and custom recruiting solutions with $300K+ average contract value
Drive pipeline growth via outreach, events, referrals, and warm leads
Represent the company at industry events and networking forums
52M annual new business quota (gross profit)
As a VP you will have 5+ years of B2B sales experience in RPO, staffing, or talent solutions
Knowledge of ATS, recruiting tech, and outsourcing models
Based in US, or willing to travel into the region regularly
