VP of Clinical Operations Opportunity Description
Our client is a well-established multi-site provider of Home Health & Hospice services. They have a current opening for a VP of Clinical Operations locatednear the Greater Boston, MA . This person will oversee all home health and hospice clinical operations. A bachelors prepared Registered Nurse with a masters degree of some kind is required. Hospice leadership experience is a must. Home Health is a plus. Relocation candidates are welcome to apply
VP of Clinical Operations Job Requirements
Medicare Hospice leadership experience.
Expert knowledge of Hospice rules and regulations.
VP of Clinical Operations Job Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of hospice and home health operations including budgets.
Oversite of directly reporting management team.
Ensure compliance with state and federal requirements and high standard of care.
Help develop relationships to grow census.
The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role.
