Description The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist assists the pharmacy management team in the provision of clinical pharmacy services within a specialty area (e.g. critical care, oncology, medicine, surgery). Required Qualifications: PharmD Pharmacy Or Bachelor's Degree BS in Pharmacy Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist License 2 years PGY2 residency training - or - PGY1 residency training and 2 years of experience within relevant practice setting - or - a minimum of 4 years of experience in specialty practice setting Preferred Qualifications: Within 2 years of hire: BPS Board Certified Pharmacist Why Join Providence?
