Youll work alongside the founder to architect, build, and ship a technically sophisticated product while defining engineering excellence at startup pace. What Youll Do Technical Architecture & Leadership Design and evolve dataintensive architecture for performance and scale Make thoughtful decisions on frameworks, infrastructure, and tradeoffs Implement observability, auditability, and reliability standards across services Balance speed with scalability and longterm maintainability Software Development & Delivery Lead development from prototype to production with rapid feedback loops Build modular, cloudbased services for data ingestion and workflow automation Translate ambiguous requirements into clear deliverables and measurable outcomes Maintain a bias toward simplicity, clarity, and integrity Team Building & Culture Recruit, mentor, and inspire a small, highperforming team Create a culture of ownership, learning, and accountability Be both a handson builder and a technical leader Infrastructure, Security & Operations Establish CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments Oversee uptime, performance, and incident response Ensure compliance with enterprisegrade security and regulatedindustry standards Your Background Youre a builder with integrity, someone who thrives under pressure, values direct feedback, and loves solving complex problems elegantly.
