Vibration/ Lubrication Technician

The individual should have: Safety Conscious Industrial experience Computer knowledge Basic mechanical aptitude/knowledge Vibration tasks Work in vibration software Load and dump vibration routes Collect vibration data Perform strobe light inspections on drive belts Inspections of rotating equipment Visual inspection for abnormal operation Audible inspection for abnormal operation Lubrication tasks Collect oil samples Transfer lubricants Top off Lube Room tanks Filling of dispensing containers Inventory controls of Lube room Ensure tanks are filled Ensure dispensing containers are filled Basic housekeeping of Lube Room and Lube Storage Areas Installation of temporary lube filter carts Basic maintenance of Lubricant filter equipment Change filters Assembly and disassembly of hoses and fittings General tasks Create Service request Maintain Predictive Maintenance records Engage with Operation and Maintenance on equipment operations and conditions Safely operate Cheniere UTV to access Trains Ability to operate a fork lift - Cheniere will certify Provide Support M-Th. 6 am to 4 pm (40 hrs/week) Minimal/ occasional OT required.
