Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist
to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art Critical Care Tower and be part of a collaborative environment.
About the Role
The Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist will be responsible for preparing equipment, maintaining a sterile environment, and providing patient care during cardiovascular procedures. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to support new hires and participate in staff orientation, ensuring a seamless transition for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
Equipment Preparation:
Ensure all equipment is properly prepared and maintained for each procedure.
Patient Care:
Provide high-quality patient care, assessing their condition and positioning them for optimal comfort and safety.
Sterile Environment:
Establish and maintain a sterile environment, adhering to strict protocols to prevent infection and ensure patient well-being.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes and provide exceptional care.
Requirements
Certification:
Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) or registered with the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCIS).
Education:
Completion of a 24-month formal program in Radiologic Technology or military program equivalent.
Experience:
Previous experience in procedural areas, preferably in a Cath Lab setting.
Licensure/Certification:
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) training, with ACLS training required within 6 months of hire.
What We Offer
Competitive Salary:
$27.84-$45.46 per hour based on previous work experience.
