As a Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist, you will play a vital role in preparing and providing patient care in a sterile environment during cardiovascular procedures. This will involve serving as a preceptor for new hires, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with physicians to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
Prepares equipment before and during procedures.
Identifies and assesses patient condition. Prepares, positions and provides patient care.
Establishes and maintains a sterile environment.
Serves as preceptor for new hires and radiology students and participates in the orientation of new staff.
Maintains strong professional working relationship with the physicians and leadership to facilitate excellent patient care.
To succeed in this role, you will need a formal education in Radiologic Technology, appropriate certifications, and the ability to work as part of a dynamic medical team in a state-of-the-art facility.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $27.84-$45.46 per hour, based on previous work experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, scholarship opportunities, retirement plans, free parking, and opportunities for advancement.
