* Maintains current MDS status of each patient/resident
* Communicates schedule to all other departments and families, as required
* Maintains proficiency in software programs for MDS completion and can utilize appropriate reports
* Monitors clinical systems for changes in patient/resident condition.

*Requirements:*
* Must be a college graduate; BSN is preferred
* Valid state license(s)
* Must have a minimum of two years direct hands-on nursing experience
