The Surgical Services Nurse RN Manager will have clinical and administrative oversight of 30+ staff consisting of Nurse Supervisors, Registered Nurses, and Surgical Technicians. In this comprehensive role, the Nursing Manager of Inpatient Surgery is responsible for budgetary oversight, hiring and firing of staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies, and leading process improvement efforts. The ideal candidate has progressive leadership experience in the Operating Room. This is a stellar opportunity for an experienced Surgical Services Nurse RN Manager to lead an active department with a growing system.
