Qualifications Include:
* Certified professional coder (AAPC and/or AHIMA certification) required with a strong knowledge of risk adjustment coding.
* At least 3 years previous IDC-10/HCC coding experience
* Functional expertise in coding regulations related to IDC-10 and the Hierarchical condition category (HCC).
* Strong analytical skills
* Excellent communication (written & oral) and organizational skills.
* Proven ability to interact with clinical and revenue cycle management teams.
