About the Role
As a Commercial Construction Superintendent, you will oversee all aspects of on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety and quality standards. You will play a pivotal role in managing project teams, coordinating with subcontractors, and communicating with clients to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee daily field operations on commercial construction sites, ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate project crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality craftsmanship.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Develop and maintain construction schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary on-site representative, providing regular updates and addressing client concerns.
- Problem Solving: Anticipate and address potential issues to minimize delays and cost overruns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent on commercial projects (5 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Willingness to relocate to Montana (relocation assistance available).
