We are looking for team players who desire to grow with the MO Routes:

  • Militaryveteransare welcome
  • Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related)driving experience is a plus, but not mandatory
  • As we grow, supervisory roles will be available

Shifts Available:

Shift 1: Morning beginning at 10a.m. CST

What You Will Do:

As a Driver, you and a Helper will drive and deliver 100-250packages daily. You will be a delivery hero in the neighborhoods you serve - delivering hundreds of smiles to customers daily in the form of Amazon packages.

Benefits & Scheduling:

  • $20.50/ hour(paid biweekly)
  • 10-hour shifts are typical
  • 4 day workweek (40 hours)is typical
  • 10-hour shifts are typical
  • Schedule for FT Team Members is arotationwhere team members should not work more than 3 consecutive days, allowing for more personal time; every otherweekendshould beoff
  • Expect daytime shift with future potential to work 2nd shift if desired.
  • A minimum of 2 paid 15-minutebreaksduring your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Successfully handle anddeliverpackageson time.
  • Safelydrive and perform safetyinspectionson Company vehicle.
  • Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies.
  • Provideexcellent customer serviceand satisfaction despite stressful events/conditions.
  • Keep paceinphysically demandingjob; work in allweatherconditions and on various routes;liftpackages weighing up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis;maneuverpackages weighing up to 50 lbs., using material handling equipment;get in and out of a van/box truck repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations.
  • Communicate effectivelywith the support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed.
  • Usesmart phone devicefor GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicating with supervisors and other team members.
  • Load and unload packages in the delivery vehicle.
  • Support the team in daily work requirements, including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes.

Requirements:

  • Must beat least 21 years old
  • All drivers must have a valid Class D, or better, drivers license to operate the vehicle.
  • Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted drivers license
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Must pass a4-Panel Drug Screening(which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)
  • Must have aclean motor vehicle report(multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
  • Must have good English speaking, reading, writing /communicationskills

HIRING PROCESS takes approximately 1-2 WEEKS to COMPLETE.It may take longer if you have an out-of-state drivers license.
