Required qualifications:

  • Graduation from an approved school of nursing.
  • Upon hire: Washington Licensed Practical Nurse (Vendor Managed)
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Knowledge of basic nursing principles and protocols, policies and procedures related to infection control, environmental safety and patient confidentiality.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing.

Population Health is a service line within Providence creating better outcomes and an improved experience for our patients, members, communities and caregivers.
