Benchmark Human Services is seeking a *Board-Certified** Behavior Analyst (BCBA)* to work with our adult clients in Dover, DE. We provide thorough training, great challenges, and even greater fulfillment as you help individuals reach their maximum potential.

*Responsibilities Include:*

* Provide overall behavioral support to 6 adults with Autism and other IDD in a group home setting.
* Create individual behavior therapy goals in accordance with the IEP, PCP, and/or ISP.
* Develop BSP’s that meet DDDS standards and become involved with DE’s BSP system.
* Provide direct monitoring, assessment, intervention, and staff training.
* Collaborate with other therapists to develop ideas for special projects and work as part of team to develop and implement those ideas.
* Attend all agency, departmental and client specific meetings as directed.
* Supervise and oversee the activities of Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT).
* Serve as a voice and advocate for individuals served.
* Participate in on-going professional training.

*Qualifications:*

* Masters’ degree in related field.
* Valid DE BCBA license
* Valid driver’s license.
* Valid auto insurance
* A minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred but not required
