Quality Supervisor/Test Supervisor

What will you do?
- Train, support, and supervise a team of quality inspectors/testers.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
- Prioritize job flow into test to ensure safe, quality products and prepare production reports regularly.
- Participate in Safety, Schneider Production System (SPS), and ISO audits, ensuring timely completion of action items.
- Analyze failures, develop root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions in response to customer complaints.
- Experience in reading and interpreting part drawings and strong troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in creating Pareto charts and 8D reports.

- Customer Satisfaction & Quality Manager
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Electronic/Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 3 years of QA experience
- 3 plus years of team supervisory experience.
