Position: Call Center / BDC Associate
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Dependable team player with a drive for excellence.
- Energetic, outgoing professional with a positive "can do" attitude.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong rapport with guests to instill confidence in dealership services and generate service appointments.
- Utilize CRM software to schedule reservations and ensure proper follow-up.
- Make outbound calls to schedule appointments for accessory or equipment installation on vehicle purchases.
- Acquire extensive product knowledge to effectively assist guests.
- Provide guests with a world-class experience.
- Must be available to work day, evening, and weekends (closed on Sundays).
