*Your Role at SARRC*
Lead Behavior Therapists are an integral part of the SARRC team Our Leads spend their days connecting and including individuals with autism in their homes, schools, and communities using the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Additionally, SARRC Lead Behavior Therapists provide clinical administrative support to monitor and evaluate client progress.

*Experience and Education Requirements*

* Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required. Focus areas of education, sociology, special education or psychology preferred.
* Registered Behavior Technician certification is required.
* One to three years of experience working with individuals with ASD.

*Salary*
Starting at $22/hr
Additional compensation for meeting weekly clinical hour requirements
