Job Posting: Commercial Lines Account Executive
Are you a service-driven professional with a passion for sales? We’re looking for a dynamic Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing client relationships, providing exceptional service, and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide top-notch service to address client needs and inquiries
- Manage policy changes to ensure client satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell within existing accounts
- Support new business development through referrals and networking
- Collaborate with clients to tailor insurance solutions
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial insurance
- Familiarity with EPIC or AMS360 software is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
