Based at the client’s project site in Philadelphia, PA, and working alongside other project managers, you’ll be responsible not only for the overall project delivery, on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, but also for input into purchasing in accordance with program objectives. You'll manage and provide construction oversight to OARs and resolve complex construction project related issues, disputes, and disagreements. As the onsite Owners Representative, you’ll be responsible for ensuring not only the progress and technical MEP performance of a project, but also the material management, schedule, cost, scope and safety of the team. You’ll provide effective, skilled project management to help reduce the costs of delivering projects and adding value to the business by applying proven project management techniques and play an integral role in mentoring staff.Your role keeps our company connected and we’ll support you with what you need to be successful.
Here's what you'll need
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architectural or Construction 10+ years of as a Project Manager managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system construction for large- scale projects4+ years construction experience with U.S. hospital and healthcare facilities Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, building systems/components and technology, team building, and client relationship building Willing and able to work at the client’s site with the program team Monday-FridayIdeally, you’ll also have: Prior experience with construction sites in healthcare, education, and/or public buildingsCertified Construction Manager (CCM) certificationLicensed Professional Engineer (PE) Sponsorship is not available for this position.#EastPMCM #NorthPMCM #Healthcare
Posted Salary Range: Minimum
175,000.00
Posted Salary Range: Upper
200,000.00

Jacobs has an unlimited U.S. Personalized Paid Time Off (PPTO) policy for full-time salaried/exempt employees, seven paid holidays, one floating holiday, and caregiver leave. And certain roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonus, and stock.The base salary range for this position is $175,000.00 to $200,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
