The Territory Manager primary focus is on new business development within a defined territory. He or she will become extremely knowledgeable about our products and services, the industry, and our market. He or she will call on business owners, senior-level decision makers and executives to promote Handcraft's solutions in support of linens and uniforms for healthcare institutions. This is a remote position with daily travel within the territory of Western North Carolina including the Charlotte area.

Candidates for this position will be working remotely from Charlotte and should live locally in the Charlotte area. HandCraft will not be offering relocation assistance with this position.

The Ideal Candidate Has:

Previous experience selling solutions versus commodities in a highly competitive market Experience with contractual business sales.
Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience.
A positive attitude, a confident and outgoing personality, and a professional appearance.
Excellent communication skills.
The ability to deliver world class customer service.
A proven track record in new business development is a plus, but not required.

Benefits: HandCraft offers a competitive base salary of $50,000, with an aggressive commission and bonus structure and mileage reimbursement, along with:
