Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $15.00 per hour

What’s a typical day as a Customer Advocate? You’ll be:
• Researching and responding to telephone and written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
• Providing excellent customer service in a healthcare or health insurance environment
• Evaluating customer situations, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
• Utilizing your data entry and typing skills to enter information accurately
• Demonstrating interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
• Communicating clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma or GED
• Have at least 1 year of customer service experience in a healthcare or health insurance environment
• Have experience evaluating customer situations, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
• Possess data entry and/or typing experience
• Demonstrate interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
• Have clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
