*Job Responsibilities*:
* Performs essential duties necessary to clinic or non-acute operations to include taking vitals, stocking exam rooms, giving vaccines, blood draws, etc.
* Formulates plans of care based on trends of similar patients including patient education and discharge planning. Collaborates with patients/families to identify realistic desired outcomes.

*Additional Requirements*:
* Work schedule: *Monday to Friday. 8 hour shifts. No Weekends/No Holidays/No On Call. *
* Education: BSN or ADN (If ADN: must complete/obtain BSN within 24 months of start date)
* Experience: 0 years of experience, but 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred.
* Certifications*:* BLS for Healthcare Provider certification required (from the American Heart Association).
* Licensure*:* RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as an RN.
