The selected candidate will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer and will collaborate closely with other department heads and senior leadership to ensure the highest standards of care and operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within the unit, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards, and driving quality improvement initiatives. Key duties include staff management, budget oversight, patient care coordination, and fostering a positive work environment that supports professional growth and development.
Candidates with RN license and a minimum of five years of experience in a leadership role within a hospital setting with earn a quick interview. Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills are essential. Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and a proven track record in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives are highly desirable.
