We are seeking an Administrative Support Associate to work in the Rehabilitation Services division of the outpatient therapy department. In this role, you will perform diversified administrative support, coordinative and/or secretarial duties related to the functional and/or operational needs of the department and management.

· Performs research for special projects, as assigned

· Performs related duties, as required

*Required Experience & Qualifications:*

· High School Diploma or equivalent GED

· 2 years of administrative experience, preferred

· Typing 50+ wpm and data entry skills, required

· Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), required

· Ability to exercise independent judgement and employ basic reasoning skills

· Excellent communication and customer service skills
