At GardaWorld, we know your compensation is important so we provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market we’re in. We're growing our team here in Baltimore, MD:

Compensation: $23.85 / hour **DAILYPAY AVAILABLE**
Shift: 

• Friday & Saturday 11:00pm - 7:00am / Monday & Tuesday 3:00pm - 11:00pm
• 32 hours per week (Full-Time)

About the job:
 

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• You observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.
• You conduct periodic foot patrols throughout the facility.
• You conduct vehicle patrols around the facility.
• You show excellent leadership skills and lead by example.
• You coach and mentor your team.
• You have excellent computer skills.
• You work alone and in team environments.

Your background:

• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better
• You have a valid Maryland armed license.
• You have an active security license.
• You have a valid wear and carry license.
• You have prior armed security experience.
• You have prior supervisor experience.
• You have a valid driver's license.
• You are at least 21 years of age.
