The Trailer Maintenance Supervisor is an operational employee of the company responsible for inspections, setup and removal of trailers, complete installation, upkeep on all operational equipment in trailer, training of Trailer Security Officers and delivering of supplies to accounts. This role typically reports into an MSS or CSM. The Trailer Maintenance Supervisor is expected to build upon a culture of employee engagement and set the example for all employees in the branch of servant leadership and personal commitment to the GardaWorld Values.

Job Duties: 
 

  • Responsible for trailer set-ups and removals of trailers.
  • Connects to truck and tows trailer to and from site for set-ups and removals.
  • Installs proper support at all four corners of trailer ensuring that no 2x4 lumber is used to support the trailer.
  • Determines positioning and installs and programs sensors and alarm systems.
  • Trains trailer security officers on the use of alarm and other trailer systems.
  • Ensures residence trailer is inspected, equipped and in working order before transporting to a client site.
  • Ensures all features are working and makes necessary repairs. Features include doors, windows, drawers, water heaters, water lines, plumbing, lighting/electrical and other internal and external accessories (refrigerator, heating, air conditioning, microwave, and cooking appliances).
  • Drivers License
