Job Title: Case Manager
Pay: $19.53 per hour 

Position Overview:

The City of Tulsa is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our Court Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of offenders, assigning work assignments and courses, maintaining electronic court management systems, and ensuring compliance with court orders. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to work independently, and possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with offenders, colleagues, and various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign work assignments and court-ordered courses to offenders, ensuring that all requirements are met in a timely manner.
  • Accurately input relevant information into electronic court management systems. Maintain and update several databases, including logs of active offenders, participants in court programs, and payment arrangement statuses.
  • Conduct interviews and monitor offender compliance with court orders, including work assignments, educational courses, and payment plans.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for offenders, answering questions and addressing concerns regarding changes, assignments, and program requirements. Provide clear and professional communication via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Prepare and maintain case reports, status updates, and progress assessments to ensure accurate records are kept in accordance with court requirements.
  • Work closely with other case managers, court personnel, and service providers to coordinate efforts and share information about offender progress.
Qualifications:
  • Education & Experience:
    • High School Diploma or GED 
    • 3-5 years of prior experience 
    • 60+ hours from an accredited College or University. 
    • Experience in case management, probation, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Skills & Abilities:
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of cases and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with diverse populations.
    • Proficient in using electronic case management systems and databases. Experience with court-related software a plus.
    • Knowledge of criminal justice processes, offender rehabilitation, and compliance monitoring practices.
    • Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts professionally.
