THIS POSITION IS ELIGIBLE FOR A $2500 SIGN ON BONUS
We are seeking a dedicated LPN/CMA to join our compassionate Elder Care Team, working alongside RNs, Physicians, and other healthcare providers. In this vital role, you will provide essential non-patient-facing support to the team by:
- Addressing patient inquiries via phone and MyChart
- Coordinating communication with families regarding patient care
- Preparing patient charts and documentation
- Assisting with additional tasks as directed by the care team to ensure seamless patient care
This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting the collaborative efforts of our experienced healthcare professionals, enhancing the overall care experience for our patients and their families.
This position will work the following:
- 40 hours/week
- No Weekends
- 8 Hour Shifts
- Day Shift: 7:30AM - 5:00PM
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certified, or able to obtain within 3 months.

- Current registration or certification as a Medical Assistant
- Completion of a Medical Assistant Program, with certification required within one year of hire (must pass certification within two attempts)
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the relevant state
