Our client, a leader in the customer service industry, is seeking a Bilingual Call Center Representative to join their dynamic team. As a Bilingual Call Center Representative, you will be part of the customer service department supporting our customers. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional service to customers.

Job Title: Bilingual Call Center Representative

Location: Dothan, AL

Pay Range: $13 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Respond to inbound calls, assisting customers with product inquiries and order placements.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to every caller, ensuring satisfaction with each interaction.
  • Accurately document all customer conversations and actions taken.
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance targets and metrics.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule, including working every other Saturday.

What's Needed?

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent in reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
