This role is vital to maintaining our high standards and delivering superior products to our customers.Hybrid 2nd and 3rd shiftKey Responsibilities:Assemble fabricated parts and components according to blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.Inspect parts and assemblies for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as necessary.Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize assembly processes.Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues, reporting any significant problems to supervisors.Keep accurate records of assembly work and materials used.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in assembly or fabrication is a plus.Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is preferred.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.
