Dublin, United States quantum-health Full time

Description

Location: This position is located at our Dublin, OH campus with hybrid flexibility.

Who we are
Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Central Ohio, we’re a privately-owned, independent healthcare navigation organization. We believe that no one should have to navigate the cost and complexity of healthcare alone, and we’re on a mission to make healthcare simpler and more effective for our millions of members. Our big-hearted, tech-savvy team fights to ensure that our members get the care they need, when they need it, at the most affordable cost – that’s why we call ourselves Healthcare Warriors®.

We’re committed to building diverse and inclusive teams – more than 2,000 of us and counting – so if you’re excited about this position, we encourage you to apply – even if your experience doesn’t match every requirement.

About the role
As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll be a key member of the Growth Marketing team and play an essential role in the development of key marketing tools and programs that help drive B2B growth for Quantum Health, the country’s leading healthcare navigation platform. We’re looking for a curious, adaptable team player who will be responsible for marketing program and sales enablement support throughout a program’s lifecycle, beginning with project planning and extending to measurement after go-to-market launch. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally, helping fuel revenue and membership growth. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong commitment to quality, and share the “can do” energy of a dynamic team of marketers helping drive revenue growth and retention for an award-winning national healthcare brand.

What you’ll do

Support B2B marketing programs across a range of demand generation, product marketing, and sales enablement activities through oversight of tactical planning, organization and task execution.

Aid in the development of marketing briefs for creative teams and business stakeholders.

Assist project management, tracking deliverables (e.g. slide decks, videos, collateral, emails, case studies, webinars and events) and updating task status. Help draft content strategy, sales materials and program documentation, monitor quality assurance during rounds of revisions and ideate on future program initiatives.

Participate in discussions and regular collaboration with multiple stakeholders including sales, client executives, business intelligence, clients, outside partners and marketing colleagues.

Help build out measurement tools, collect data on program effectiveness and monitor progress. Be a resource to business partners during collaborative projects, assisting with collection and organization of incoming inquiries and requests.

All other duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring

Education: Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university with preferred area of study in marketing, communications, public health, journalism or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

2+ years marketing experience.

Outstanding organizational and communication skills (verbal and written).

Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Understanding and experienced with content project development.

Positive, energetic, proactive and collaborative thinker, doer and team player.

Ability to balance planning and organization with the need to deliver on a tight deadline.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving organization.

Ability to travel occasionally to attend and support conferences and events.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Healthcare services industry experience strongly preferred.

Working knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, Seismic, Workzone or similar marketing Martech and project management tools is preferred.

Experience in healthcare or related vertical a plus.

Experience supporting the planning and execution of in-person trade-shows, conferences and virtual events/webinars.

Familiarity managing program budgets.

Strong administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently.

Trustworthy and accountable behavior, capable of viewing and maintaining confidential information daily.
