Come join our community as a Provisional employee in our WK Kellogg Co Omaha, NE facility With your can-do, go-getter, team-player work ethic, we are positive you will fit right in. Your role will be to support our packing, processing, warehouse and sanitation areas of the plant by performing cleaning activities and other duties as assigned.  As a Provisional employee, you will start in our plant in a part-time, entry-level role, where you are part of the talent pipeline for future openings in Production as a full time Transitional employee.  You’re here to help us bring the best to families - all while building your expertise and network.

 

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING 


Cleaning equipment and floors in designated areas throughout the plant such as the mezzanine, packing, processing, warehouse, and sanitation area.
Operating steam cleaners, pressure washers, brooms, and air hoses, to mention a few.
Communicating with supervisors, following all WK Kellogg Co policies and procedures for personal safety, food safety, product quality and productivity. 


 

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

 


High School Diploma, General Education Diploma (GED) or International is required
Ability to work a rotational schedule with availability seven (7) days a week up to 12 hour days
Ability to work holidays and weekends on a regular basis
Physically able to work long periods of time walking, standing, bending or carrying moderately heavy items (25 – 50 pounds)
Previous Experience in a manufacturing setting or a related position preferred
Effective communication
Detail-oriented
Ability to follow instructions, verbal and written. 
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
