Responsibilities: 
 - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
 - Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
 - Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, retain, and develop a diverse and high-performance workforce aligned with company core values.
 - Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
 - Maintain pay plan and benefits program, ensuring competitiveness and equity.
 - Assess training needs and monitor training programs to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
 - Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
 - Serve as the point of contact for employment relations.
 - Administration and proficiency with company and talent management systems.
 - Executive and Leadership Team Support.
 - Oversee all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics (compensation, benefits, development, etc.).
 - Maintain strict confidentiality.
 - Develop, review, or improve employee programs.
 - Monitor overall employment compliance with all necessary laws and regulations.
 - Recommend best practices; review and modify company policies and practices to maintain compliance.
 - Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates and cost-per-hire) and provide guidance to leadership.
 - Analyze trends within company compared to industry benchmarks if available.
 - Support succession planning initiatives and review to ensure up to date.

Requirements: 
 - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field from an accredited college or university.
 - 5+ years’ experience in operations, management, or similar executive role. 
 - Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
 - People-oriented and results-driven.
 - Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
 - Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
 - Excellent communication skills including active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 - Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
 - In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Microsoft  - SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.
- Excellent organizational skills.
 - Ability to multitask.
 - Demonstrated ability to understand and execute processes.
 - Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
 - Self-motivated and flexible attitude.
 - Experience managing people, teams and processes.
