*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Pathologist to join our team. In this role, you will work with children in a school or early intervention setting, providing essential speech therapy services to enhance communication skills and overall patient care. Your expertise in physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology will be crucial in assessing and developing individualized treatment plans for each child.

*Responsibilities*
* Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
* Develop and implement personalized therapy plans based on individual needs.
* Provide direct speech therapy services to children, focusing on improving communication skills.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support patient progress.
* Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
* Educate families on techniques to support speech development at home.
* Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in speech therapy.

*Qualifications*
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
* Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Pathologist.
* Experience working with pediatric populations in school or early intervention settings is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to speech disorders.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Passion for helping children achieve their communication goals.

Pay: $48.00 - $50.00 per hour
