At Performance Physical Therapy, we are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Physical Therapist to join our team that thrives on improving individual performance one patient at a time. Provide Physical Therapy to patients in an out-patient setting
• Grow relationships with your staff and the community you support
• Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR for documentation, reporting, and data collection
• Knowledge and skills to care for the physical and developmental needs of the population age groups that will be receiving services.
• Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved physical therapy program.
• Current license in good standing from the state Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
