Supplemental Health Care is currently hiring Physical Therapists with previous OASIS experience for home health contracts in Hampton, Virginia, and the surrounding areas.

Home Health Physical Therapist Contract Details:

~$13-week contract
~ Paid by the hour – not by the visit
~ Home Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits
~*Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. Graduate of an accredited PT program.
