We are a growing company looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our therapy teams serving the communities of Northfield, MN & Farmington, MN.
This position will primarily have an SNF/LTC caseload between two vibrant facilities, along with a mix of Outpatient and ALF/ILF.
0 FTE), with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule. There will be approximately 24 hours per week spent at the facility in Northfield and 16 hours per week at the facility in Farmington.
Offering PT, OT, and SLP services, we incorporate a multidisciplinary approach with great teamwork all around.

Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program. They must have, or be eligible for, PT licensing in Minnesota.
