Flagstar Rehab is Seeking Physical Therapists (PT) for Skilled Nursing Facilities*
Flagstar Rehab puts Physical Therapists in the driver’s seat when it comes to managing their careers and work-life balance. This flexibility allows PTs to be present for both their families and the patients they serve, while filling critical gaps in geriatric care.

*Hourly Pay Rate: *
*Current NYS PT License and Registration
* Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
* Provide efficient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for PTAs to follow under your supervision.
* Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis.
* Monitor and document patient progress with the use of innovative EMR software.
*Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem, Weekends, Days, Evenings, and Coverage Shifts Available
