The Jr Business Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to analyzing business processes, requirements, and data. They will utilize strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and business analysis expertise to support project initiatives. Qualifications Analytical Skills and Business Analysis expertise Strong Communication skills Experience in Business Process analysis Familiarity with Business Requirements gathering Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field Relevant certification in Business Analysis is a plus Comprehensive Training (12 months): Fundamentals of Business Analysis (Requirements Gathering, UML, User Stories, BRD/FRD preparation) Agile & Scrum practices (Jira, Confluence, Sprint Ceremonies, PI Planning) Tools & Techniques (SQL basics, Excel, Tableau/Power BI, Visio/Lucidchart for diagrams) Real-time case studies Support Provided: Accommodation and boarding during the training period in New Jersey Professional mentoring and guidance throughout the program Placement Assistance: Upon successful completion of training, candidates will be placed on projects with our client organizations.
