Location: Alpharetta, GA (Onsite Monday–Friday) - Candidates currently in the Atlanta area will be considered first Pay: $70-$85/hr *No C2C or third parties* We’re urgently hiring a Senior Software Engineer to support a major enterprise technology organization in the energy & infrastructure space. This is a great opportunity to step into a highly visible role where you’ll lead critical software initiatives, mentor engineering talent, and contribute to systems that directly impact millions of end users. What You’ll Do Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex software systems using modern engineering best practices. Develop high-quality, secure, and scalable code with minimal oversight. Serve as a mentor and technical resource for junior engineers, encouraging growth and knowledge sharing. Own and lead code reviews to drive quality and consistency across the team. Contribute to project planning and estimation, helping guide technical direction and delivery timelines. Build maintainable features while considering large-scale, system-wide implications. What Success Looks Like You take ownership of core modules and consistently deliver quality solutions. You guide others in best practices while collaborating in a positive, team-first environment. You show reliability, communicate clearly, and help align engineering efforts with business objectives. Full Stack Development 8+ years of C# and .NET development CI/CD & Agile/SAFe methodologies REST APIs Experience with Oracle or MS SQL Server (queries & scripting) Familiarity with software configuration and integration of 3rd-party systems Experience with GCP or BDD/TDD is a strong plus Exposure to large-scale infrastructure, energy, or pipeline-related systems is beneficial, not required Why This Role?
