What We’re Looking For We’re currently hiring a full‑time Development Data Analyst to join our Development team. As a Development Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in leveraging data to drive Food Lifeline’s fundraising success. You’ll design dashboards, analyze donor and campaign performance, and translate data into actionable insights that help strengthen donor relationships and advance our mission. You’ll partner closely with teams across the organization to ensure data integrity, build clear and engaging reports, and support strategic decisions. This role is ideal for someone who loves making sense of complex data, improving systems, and collaborating to make a real impact. Salary range: $75,000 to $80,000 annually.
