The Clinical Healthcare Associate serves as the first clinical contact for each patient, providing exceptional service from initial triage through patient discharge. This role involves guiding patients through their visits, carrying out provider orders according to established procedures. Responsibilities

Greet patients, verify identity, explain procedures, and address questions and concerns. Take vital signs, including temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other essential readings. Prepare equipment and aid providers during treatment and examination of patients. Ensure accurate and timely performance of ordered tests. Observe patients, record significant conditions, and notify supervisors or providers of patient reactions and incidents. Conduct referrals and pre-certifications as needed. Document nursing history and physical assessments of patients. Prepare rooms, sterilize instruments, equipment, and supplies for procedures. Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Certification or diploma in Medical Assisting or relevant experience necessary. Compensation and Benefits

A competitive salary, ranging from $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience, is offered. Company-owned locations provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and matching 401(k).
